Cross processing is the method by which camera film is developed as if they were slides, or visa versa. Here’s how to do Cross-Processing in Photoshop and create some interesting photos. Must try it myself.

DP&I.com: Blended Exposures Revisted – neat method of getting a little more dynamic range from your photos. Not suer if the GIMP can create a luminosity mask but similar methods can be used to get the same effect.
string tripod – I might try this as I could tie the string to my small portable tripod quite easily!
