Slashdot picked up the story that Eircom and Esat will block calls to 13 countries. A desperate move perhaps, but more effective than trying to educate the public, at least in the short term. I guess this could affect those builders^h^h^h^h^h^hpeople with off-shore accounts too. Bet the tribunals are rubbing their hands in glee!
