AJAX Instant Messenger

PHP, Web, WordPress, by Donncha.

Now, this IM client is very cute and I could certainly learn a thing or two from it. The demo works well, you can drag windows around and type messages. Very nice!
Wouldn’t it be cool if you could IM other users of WordPress.com or any WPMU site? (via)

  4. A new web based Instant Messenger featuring Ajax based technologies. The messenger enables you to log in to your favorite Instant Messenger client like AIM, ICQ, MSN, Yahoo!, IRC and so forth.

Enjoy and any feedback would be appreciated.

  9. heh, you guys get spam too.. I had to install a bayesian filter on another site of mine – it was getting as much spam as comments! the filter only ever got two false positives – both were some guy whining about something in broken english.

[...] Thanks to Donncha I found out about an AJAX IM service for websites.  After some awesome testing the messenger seems like an awesome addition to Wordpress.com as Donncha mentioned.  You should definetly check it out: [...]
