a 20D or a 350D? I’ve not had time to read anything about the 350D yet!

Do like me. If you havent fulfilled your gadget quota for a while, splash out on the 20D. By all accounts the 350 is the same, less a few pixels and a bit of functionality. 350D is apparently out in Ireland in a few weeks time. No doubt (as the 20D currently is) it’ll be ungodly expensive. €2000 for a 20D? You must be havin’ a larf! Roll on mid-April!

Got my 350D a few weeks ago … Eur 820 or so for the kit from Pixmania.com … so not bad priced.

Any good tips on file transfer – or is PTP mode the way to go ?

Use a card reader for file transfer. I have both eos10D and eos400D . The older one eos10D is better because it takes 180dpi pictures whereas 400D takes 72 dpi pics.
