Out of interest Geoffrey I doubt your ISP is capable of blocking you from using torrents (although I may be wrong). Generally ISP that TRY to block torrenting block or throttle the commonly used torrenting ports. There is a way of getting around this, that may solve your problem if your interested. email me.

I am sickened by the fact that in a “free world” I can not find actual info/video on the BBC program, “The Power of Nightmares.” I am an ‘american Citizen’ by birth but am seriously considering giving up all so-called american “rights” and joining my husband in his country of origin. It sickens me that the americans are so BLIND while the rest of the world clearly sees what is going on…
