I do this all the time, although it’s sometimes hit and miss. Very occasionally I’ll crop because I like the viewport the GIMP displays inside it’s image window. You can scroll the image by using the mouse wheel – press ctrl if you want to scroll sideways.
Mark noticed that the latest issue of Rangefinder is out. He’s listed a few of the articles, there’s lots there! I hope that broadband connection at home comes soon! I’ve a lot to catch up on!
This extensive roundup of MP3 blogs looks good! Must set a few downloading tonight! I’ll have to figure out some way of recording meta data about the mp3 files if the files don’t have mp3 tags as one of the posts there suggests.
